Belly Grooves celebrates the feminine in a way that is sensuous, graceful and powerful. In this 3-hour workshop, you will be introduced to the dynamic world of belly dance by focusing on posture and muscle isolation, which are the fundamental elements present in most belly dance movement. We will break down each movement and provide you with the proper technique, allowing you to teach a basic Warm-Up, Cardio, Strength and Cool-Down section of your dance/fitness class. You will have the tools to introduce Belly Dance movement into your fitness classes, leaving you and your students feeling strong, inspired and challenged.

Sexy Dance Sweat
This workshop is the continuation of the Sexy Fitness Instructional Workshop. It is an intermediate level workshop that is focused on continuing your learnings and dance developments in sexy dance. Our focus is on chair dancing, prop dancing and performance. Pre-Requisite: Completion of Sexy Fitness.

Dance Grooves
Dance Grooves is a dance class series designed to highlight the important aspects of fitness, dance and fun. In this workshop, you will experience the different styles of dance of Jazz, Hip Hop, Bellydance, Disco, Salsa & Bollywood.

Dance Grooves II
Let’s continue the dance revolution! In this workshop, you will experience the different styles of dance of Swing, Bhangra, Line Dancing, African, Funk/Motown and Pop. Dance Grooves II continues to aids your growth/learning of Dance and appreciation of this art form. Pre-Requisite: Completion of Dance Grooves

Bollywood
Welcome to Indian dance! The Instructional Bollywood Workshop is an excellent introduction to various forms of Indian dancing, including Classical Indian Dance, Bollywood & Bhangra. Regardless if you are a beginner or advanced learner, this is your opportunity to experience the world of Indian dance its culture. This workshop is in collaboration with DivaGirl Licensee, Reshmi Chetram.

Core-Pilates: Intro to Pilates for Fitness Professionals
Develop out-of-this-world abs with an intense fusion of Pilates and traditional mat-work. In this workshop we learn how to effectively recruit and isolate the deepest, hardest to reach abdominal muscles that get results fast. Learn how to choreograph, modify and teach 10 tried and true Pilates movements that you can use in your fitness classes. This workshop is in collaboration with DivaGirl Licensee, Nikki Bergen.
